Can you clean my gutters if I have gutter guards?

Yes, the gutter guards can be removed and reinstalled for an additional charge. If you’d rather they not be reinstalled, we ask that you dispose of them.

Can you repair gutters?

Some of our locations offer minor gutter repairs. Please ask your kilted technician about your repair.

What is the benefit of gutter cleaning?

Do I need an appointment for a service assessment?

Yes, you do need an appointment. In order for us to give you an accurate estimate it is best that you or a decision maker is present. Your complete estimate can be emailed to you if requested.

Do I need to be present when the work is done?

No, you do not need to be at the property for any exterior work. For any work that requires special access, we will just need someone to give us access or provide access information for the property. We will contact you during the job if we have any questions.

Do you use my water?

Yes, we do. Please make sure exterior faucets are in working order by the service date.

If I have used your services in the past, are you able to access that information in your system and provide the same service?

Yes, we keep the history of all our jobs and can look up the services that were previously performed for you. We cannot guarantee that pricing will be the same, so please request an updated quote on the services you are looking for.

Can you move furniture in preparation for performing your services?

During your onsite service assessment, we will notify you of what we can accommodate based on the service(s) being performed.

What time will the work crew arrive?

You will be given an arrival window for your date of service and our technicians will let you know when they are on their way!

May I request a specific time?

We do our best to accommodate a specific time. However, it is based on our schedule. We will communicate your arrival window with a series of confirmations.

Can I add services at the time of my initial service?

We may be able to accommodate additional services. It will depend on the size and scope of the work. Our technicians can answer any questions, provide information or estimates, and perform the work on the same day in many cases. For those added services that we cannot complete that day, our office will provide available dates for scheduling.

What happens if it rains the day of my service?

Depending upon the severity of the rain, most services may still be able to be performed. Should our technicians determine that weather conditions dictate rescheduling, you will be notified. The safety of our employees and your property is foremost in our minds.

What do I need to do to prepare for the visit?

Not much! If there is anything restricting access to the areas that need to be cleaned, we'd appreciate you clearing the way. Other than that, we do a full assessment upon arrival and make sure we communicate any needs with you upfront. If you have anything valuable near your home, we recommend moving it just to make sure it isn’t harmed in the process.

Do I need to be at the property if the work is only for the outside?

Nope! If the work is outside only and we have your payment information on file and a contact number for you, then you don't need to be at at the property. However, if we are unable to access your property or another issue comes up that prevents us from proceeding with work and we cannot reach you by phone, cancellation charges may apply.

Do you offer customized service packages?

Yes, we offer various packages that can be tailored to your specific needs and budget. Whether you need a one-time service or ongoing maintenance, we can create a package that works for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, check or cash at the time of service.

Can I be invoiced, or do you require payment at the time the service is completed?

Credit card information is collected and stored when you schedule services to reserve your spot. Payment is due upon completion of the job and can be charged to the credit card on file or may be paid with a check or cash.

Can you bill to a different address than my home address?

Yes, please contact our team and we will accommodate.

Do you provide receipts?

Yes, receipts can be provided upon payment. We can send receipts by email and/or text message.

Does your team carry insurance?

The safety of you, your property, and our team members are our number one priority. All our team members (WSIB) and services (2M CAD) are insured for everyone’s protection and peace of mind.

Does your team perform commercial services?

We certainly do! We offer pressure washing, building washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and more.

Can you clean chandeliers, light fixtures, and other hard-to-reach areas?

We will be happy to clean them if we can! Ask our technicians when they’re on-site, and they’ll provide you with more information on cleaning your coach lights, chandeliers, ceiling fans, and mirrors!

Do you have an ongoing maintenance program?

Yes, we can tailor our services to meet your exact needs. If monthly, seasonal or annual service is what you need, we will make it happen.

Are your chemicals safe for my home and family?

Don't worry! We use environmentally friendly products and methods to clean your home. We even have an expert on staff to ensure we are always up to speed.

What if I am not fully satisfied with your services?

If we've overlooked something, clients have 24 hours after job completion to let us know. We'll come back for touch-ups to ensure your satisfaction.

What if something unexpected happens when you're on my property?

If something unexpected happens on your property, we will address it promptly and keep you informed every step of the way. Our team is fully insured, and we’re committed to resolving issues with minimal disruption.

How much do your services cost?

During the free service assessment, the technicians will take measurements, assess your property and needs, and provide you with an accurate quote based on that information.

Must I get both the exterior and the interior of the windows cleaned?

While we can clean just the exterior of your windows, for the best results, we recommend having both the interior and exterior cleaned at the same time.

How long does it take to clean my windows?

The length of the job is based on the scope of work. We can provide an estimate of how long the job should take once we complete your service assessment.

In addition to the windows, can you also clean the frames, sills, tracks, and screens?

Yes, we offer different cleaning packages that encompass every aspect of your windows.

Are you able to reach windows that are multiple stories high?

We can reach the hardest-to-clean places, just not high-rise! In addition to ladders, our technicians use purified water-fed pole systems to clean those high windows from the safety of the ground.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for your window cleaning services?

Please ensure technicians have access to your windows and screens.

If I've never had my siding soft washed, what should I expect?

We use a low-pressure cleaning method known as "soft washing" to apply a cleaning agent to your home. This cleaning agent will remove dirt and any stains associated with organic debris such as algae, mildew, and mold.
