Situated near the lake, the property had extensive algae, moss, and bug buildup, especially on the exterior. The homeowner wanted the home to look fresh while maintaining its historical integrity. Along with needing a full exterior wash, window cleaning, interior deep cleaning, and painting, he also requested custom wood restoration for several original wooden fixtures that had weathered over time.
