CLIENT NEEDS:
A developer/agent nearing the completion of a home’s construction needed the property ready for market. However, contractors were still in and out of the house, making coordination tricky. The developer was concerned about scheduling conflicts between our team and the contractors, as well as ensuring all work is finished on time. The exterior of the home was covered in construction debris, with vinyl and brick sidings needing a thorough cleaning. The windows were covered in debris and stickers, some with adhesive residue. Landscaping also needed final touches, and the developer was working within a tight budget and timeline. To top it off, he wanted us to return for an interior deep cleaning once the remaining construction was done, but was concerned about everything staying on schedule.
OUR SOLUTIONS:
Our company assigned a project manager to take full control, coordinating with the developer’s contractors to avoid scheduling conflicts. The project manager ensured the work is sequenced efficiently, preventing any downtime or delays. Our team expertly removed all construction debris, pressure/soft washing both the vinyl and brick siding, while the windows were thoroughly cleaned—stickers and adhesive residue included. The landscaping was given a polished, professional finish, enhancing the property’s curb appeal. With a strict adherence to the developer’s budget and timeline, our team delivered on time, keeping the project on track for its market debut. Once the contractors finished inside, our team returned for an interior deep cleaning, ensuring the home is spotless and ready for showings. The developer was then able to focus on the sale, confident the property was market-ready.
